The full bridge is half way to the wheel. But there is confusion on the naming. Therefore, I have bridge to make explicit, it's an accessible preparation and a satisfying posture as such.
This foundational posture precedes the deeper expression known as the Wheel (Urdhva Dhanurasana). Setu Bandhasana is a gentle yet powerful inversion — ideal for restoring the body and calming the mind.
