In this introspective time of the year, decelerate and enjoy the YIN motion. A dive inward where softness meets depth. A journey into stillness and surrender. This deeply restorative practice targets the hips with long, passive holds, inviting fascia release, emotional unwinding, and gentle inner spaciousness. Just $4/ class!
𝓷𝓮𝔀 ☀︎ Embodied Yin
THE ART OF SLOW, SOFT, MELTY & YUMMY .
My version of Yin is unconventional:
I invite micro-moves, subtle shifts, and an
active kind of presence into the stillness.
In this space, we explore sensations and thread motion giving ourselves extra time to feel.
We honour the earth quality within us while letting air and subtle vibration carry us into the subtle.
This releases emotions and create a relaxed state of being and probably will space you out :).
